A study published on Springerlink.com looked at the affect of AS on sexual function (primarily in men).
The researchers found that, "the prevalence of erectile dysfunction among AS patients is similar to normal healthy controls, which is a finding contrary to previous reports."
Also that, "AS patients do not suffer from erectile dysfunction, they rather have problems of satisfaction from the intercourse."
